At HM Multipurpose Services, I provide technical support, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for residential and commercial technology systems. I assess customer needs, investigate faults, and explain practical options.
I install and configure solar inverters, lithium batteries, PV arrays, CCTV systems, and Starlink equipment. I also support Wi-Fi and network optimization, product selection, quotations, and after-sales guidance.
As an ICT Lecturer / Technical Instructor at De Galaxy College of Nursing Science, I delivered ICT instruction and practical guidance to students, explaining technical concepts in accessible language.
I’ve also delivered hands-on solar training and practical computer and technology training. My experience includes demonstrating PV fundamentals, system configurations, and troubleshooting, as well as assisting with day-to-day computer issues.
