At Exner Technologies, I build and maintain automated testing for SingTel’s telecom application, covering customer activations, account management, and POS workflows using Playwright, Python, PyTest, Postman, Git, and Jenkins.
I design maintainable BDD and Page Object Model frameworks, create reusable page classes and utilities, write XPath and CSS locators, automate Gherkin scenarios, and run tests through pipelines. I also analyse manual test cases, prioritise automation candidates, report defects in JIRA, and share execution reports with stakeholders.
For a Clinical Trial Database System, I combine manual, Selenium, API, and database testing to validate clinical-trial data accuracy and backend consistency. I write detailed test cases, maintain RTM, validate APIs with Postman, and use SQL queries to verify data integrity.
