I seek a role where I lead planning, forecasting and M&E work, apply statistical analysis to improve operations, mentor teams, and deliver measurable impact within a collaborative organization that values data-driven decision making.

I am a senior planning and statistics professional with multi-sector experience in planning, forecasting, monitoring and evaluation. I have worked in aviation and development contexts, delivering actionable analysis and operational plans.

At Ethiopian Airlines as Senior Planning Officer - II I lead annual, quarterly and monthly planning cycles, prepare action plans, and follow up day-to-day activities with checklists to ensure targets are met.

As Senior Statistician at Ethiopian Airports Enterprise I collected, processed and forecasted air traffic and financial statistics, maintained historical databases, and produced periodic service reports shared with industry stakeholders.
