On AgentIQ, I built a multi-tenant Voice AI analytics platform supporting multiple organizations, 25+ voice agents, and thousands of daily calls. I helped implement evaluation workflows using OpenAI, Claude, and Perplexity to assess transcripts, sentiment, hallucinations, goal completion, call quality, and business outcomes.

On Conexus AI, I engineered lead intelligence workflows that generated 100+ qualified enterprise leads from LinkedIn activity, web signals, and real-time search data. I also enjoy helping communities build practical software through technical workshops and emerging-technology talks.
