At Monitor Health, I architect and lead development of healthcare platforms, including RoboDoc, a HIPAA-compliant voice AI platform. It lets patients schedule appointments and request medication refills through natural phone conversations.
For RoboDoc, I designed a microservices-based, offline-resilient architecture and integrated real-time scheduling with eClinicalWorks (eCW) and Healow. I also worked on patient verification, medication workflows, and human-agent escalation.
At Intagleo Systems, I designed and developed Intvue, a Ruby on Rails and React.js web platform, and implemented Stripe subscriptions and transaction workflows. At EvolversTech, I contributed to the 20 Miles insurance CRM, including its NowCerts integration and Stripe billing workflows.
Earlier, I contributed to OpenDAX, a cloud-native cryptocurrency exchange platform, and worked on web applications at Apps O Code (Pvt) Ltd, SoftCircles, and AppsGenii Technologies. My experience includes backend and full-stack development across healthcare, IoT, fintech, and SaaS.
