What I'm looking for

I am seeking leadership roles in schools where I can apply mathematics expertise, improve academic standards, develop curriculum, mentor staff, and contribute to a collaborative, student-centered culture.

I am an experienced educator with seven years in teaching and school management, holding an MPhil in Mathematics from the University of Lahore. Since 2017 I have worked in the Punjab School Education Department, progressing from teacher roles to Head Teacher.

My career includes lecturing at ILM College, SESE (Math) duties, and, since 2018, full responsibility as SSE/Head Teacher where I lead staff, manage budgets, implement policy, and oversee curriculum and student assessment.

I combine subject-matter expertise in mathematics with practical leadership: curriculum development, professional development, event planning, and maintaining academic standards. I have been recognized with multiple 'Best Teacher' awards from the Punjab School Education Department and Punjab Police.

I bring a student-centered approach, strong communication skills in Urdu, Punjabi and English (B2), and practical digital literacy with Microsoft Office, Zoom and Outlook to help schools improve outcomes and run efficiently.
