I coordinate vendors, contractors, and support teams for preventive and corrective maintenance, client requests, work orders, reporting, and safety compliance. My hands-on experience includes HVAC, electrical systems, MEP infrastructure, service quality, inventory, and operational reporting.
At GECO in the UAE, I supervised facilities maintenance for Union National Bank's 15-floor head office and branches. I managed AHU, FCU, FAHU, electrical panels, UPS, pumps, building infrastructure, subcontractors, and spare-parts inventory.
