At Rex Developments LLC, I build Revit models and drawing sets for US residential projects and produce visualizations and presentation layouts. I also gather site dimensions and existing-condition information directly from site contacts.
Through my freelance Revit work, I’ve delivered permit and construction drawing sets for residential and small commercial projects across seven US states. For a two-story multifamily residence in Cedar Hill, Texas, I produced a 27-sheet permit set coordinated with electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and structural framing drawings.
At Dastkaar Design Studio, I produce permit drawing sets for villa and residential community projects and manage BIM documentation and drawing checks. Earlier, at Modern Interior, I prepared documentation for residential, hospitality, and commercial projects from concept through execution.
