Muhammad Taha Yasin

I’m a final-year BS Software Engineering student who builds end-to-end MERN and Next.js/TypeScript products with a strong bias toward production-ready features. I enjoy owning a task from schema design to real-time infrastructure, and I pick up new tools quickly to keep shipping.

In my Converse real-time chat app, I combined typed Zustand state with a PostgreSQL/Drizzle backend and pgvector to power a self-built RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) feature. I also implemented WebRTC peer-to-peer audio/video calling and streamed token-by-token LLM responses over Socket.io—while resolving real issues like an ESM/CJS module conflict during PDF parsing and an embedding-dimension mismatch.

On real client work, I delivered a paid Garage Inventory System as a sole developer, replacing manual stock tracking with a full MERN-stack workflow including CRUD, low-stock alerts, and search/filter/category management. I’m now focused on rounding out my stack by learning AWS, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines to deliver reliable systems at scale.
