I’m a highly motivated Operations Manager and Licensed Electrical Engineer (Registered Engineer, Pakistan Engineering Council/PEC) with over 6 years of experience managing large-scale public infrastructure and technical systems. I specialize in overseeing 24/7 critical operations and protecting safety through Permit-to-Work (PTW) protocols.

In my current role as Operations & Technical Maintenance Manager for the Orange Line Metro Rail Transit System (OLMRTS), Lahore, I lead daily operations for a major metro infrastructure project while ensuring 100% service availability. I act as the primary authority for validating Permit-to-Work (PTW) for all maintenance activities.

I monitor and troubleshoot station electrical systems using industrial SCADA and HMI software, while also managing reliability-critical facility assets. I supervise 100+ station staff, security personnel, and technical crews, and oversee maintenance of HVAC systems, elevators, escalators, and emergency power distribution.

Previously, as a Rail Systems Engineer at OLMRTS (April 2020 – Jan 2023), I managed station security and passenger services while overseeing maintenance schedules, and I operated and maintained CBTC, SCADA, and signaling systems. Earlier, as a Pakistan Field Project Engineer (RF) at Nokia, I supported large-scale technical rollouts by coordinating field engineering teams, providing live technical support, and analyzing log files to meet KPIs.
