At Meta Smart Factory, I supported a 15+ person cross-functional team and helped shift releases from every two to three months to an increment each sprint. I partner with Product Owners to refine backlogs, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and keep sprint goals achievable.
I've also owned delivery plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and client reporting across web and mobile workstreams. As a CSM and PMP, I use Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, Notion, and automation tools to make delivery transparent and help teams improve continuously.
