Muhammad Masoom

At PASM & Co, I assist senior counsel with criminal, civil, family, corporate, taxation, constitutional, and commercial litigation. I prepare case summaries, legal opinions, chronologies, evidence files, and litigation briefs to support legal strategy and court proceedings.

I draft, review, and proofread legal documents, including petitions, contracts, legal notices, agreements, and court applications. My work also includes legal research across statutes, case law, regulatory requirements, and procedural rules.

Previously, at Qadir Khan Law Firm, I assisted senior counsel with litigation matters, supported client consultations, and attended court hearings and trial preparation. During my court internship at District & Sessions Court / City Court Karach, I assisted with case files and preliminary research while observing court proceedings.

I hold a Bachelor in Law from University of Karachi and completed a Bar Vocational Course focused on advocacy, legal ethics, procedural law, and courtroom techniques. I’m seeking to advance my legal expertise through higher education (LL.M.) and long-term professional growth.
