What I'm looking for

I'm seeking opportunities to apply commercial law, intellectual property, litigation, and research skills to practical policy reform, dispute resolution, and advisory work.

I'm an Advocate of the Lahore High Court working on commercial litigation, intellectual property, legal research, and court-facing documentation.

At Main Muhammad Aslam Law Associates, I draft contracts, suits, deeds, wills, appeals, pleadings, and legal notices. I also research statutes, case law, and procedural rules to support litigation strategy and advisory work.

My work includes maintaining case files, hearing notes, and supporting records, while assisting senior counsel with negotiation, client coordination, court orders, and filing requirements. Earlier, I supported advisory and litigation matters at Sipra Law Associates and gained court-procedure exposure through the Jhelum Bar Association.

I'm completing an LLM in Commercial Law, with research focused on intellectual property enforcement in Pakistan and China. I also contribute to discussions on the rule of law and institutional reform and mentor early-career researchers and law students in legal research and analytical writing.
