At PT. Global Inovasi Cahaya, I lead the full software development lifecycle for the Exact+ EMR platform, from architecture and code reviews to coding standards. The system is used by more than 500 specialists across Indonesia.
I built a NestJS PDF Generation microservice with BullMQ and Docker that sustains up to 100 requests per second. I also implemented GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines for automated, zero-downtime deployments.
I architected the Exact+ API on Couchbase, migrating from RedisJSON and reducing infrastructure costs by 30%. I also developed gic-async-worker to replace Google Cloud Tasks for asynchronous workloads, with customizable job orchestration and retry control.
My work includes an External Bridging API for sharing clinical data in HL7 FHIR format with external parties, including Indonesia's Ministry of Health. I’ve also developed an NLP model to suggest ICD-10 codes from doctors’ free-text diagnoses and mentored web developers across the project stack.
