At Lafarge Cement Egypt, I directed 24/7 dispatch of more than 10 million tons a year by road and sea, and led a team of 26. I cut truck cycle time from 15 to 3 minutes while increasing throughput by 70%.

I led more than 15 SAP ECC (HODIM / LOGON) upgrades and coordinated dispatch systems with international Lafarge Holcim teams. During an eight-hour system outage in 2021, I coordinated operations so weighbridges could work offline with no lost sales and all entries reconciled.
