I established Quasar Consulting Group's solar PV design practice as a standalone service line, authored its master specifications, and lead solar PV feasibility, design, and LEED-driven integration projects for clients including LCBO and the City of Toronto.
I've owned technical scope and capacity estimation for more than 90 solar PV projects totaling approximately 1,150 kWp across grid-tied and off-grid portfolios. I serve as the technical interface for Alectra Utilities, Hydro One, Elexicon Energy, Oakville Hydro, and BC Hydro on servicing, load assessments, and connection approvals.
Across electrical and building-services work, I take projects from feasibility and design development through permitting, tendering, procurement, construction administration, and commissioning support. I also lead multidisciplinary teams and manage RFPs, RFQs, bid evaluations, contracts, QA/QC, and technical delivery for municipal, institutional, industrial, and decarbonization projects.
Previously, I delivered more than 1 MW of annual turnkey solar PV capacity at Voltric and led electrical design for commercial developments and an international cricket stadium at Energy Associates. I'm a licensed Ontario Professional Engineer and PMP with an M.Eng in Electrical & Computer Engineering.
