I’m an Operations Specialist and AI Data Generalist with 5 years of department leadership and operations experience, supported by 2 years as an AI Generalist focused on data annotation and linguistics. Since May 2024, I’ve worked remotely as an AI Generalist & Data Evaluator, delivering high-fidelity, full verbatim audio transcription and linguistic analysis across multiple languages (Urdu/English), including audio tagging and accent documentation. I also execute complex data labeling work for global AI training platforms, including RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback) and prompt engineering, while conducting deep ethical vetting and research-driven assessments for AI model training. I strengthened audit and inventory practices by reconstructing warehouse floor operations to enforce strict physical FIFO protocols, eliminating stock discrepancies and improving supply reliability. I also oversaw large-scale digital records and asset traceability with 100% accuracy, and I mentor teams to align day-to-day execution with executive decision-making and continuous process improvement.
