At Epazz Inc, I design dexterous robotic hands and end-effectors from concept and CAD through prototyping, fabrication, assembly, and refinement. I develop tendon-drive, linkage, and actuation mechanisms while validating motion and strength through kinematic analysis and FEA.
Previously, I delivered mechanical designs for construction applications at Joyland Constructions and industrial biomass pellet plants and burners at Rehan Industries. I use SolidWorks, DFM/DFA, engineering drawings, BOMs, CNC fabrication, and 3D printing to turn concepts into manufacturable systems.
