At EmbinX SMC Private Limited, I support the integration, configuration, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of connected monitoring systems, including SCADA and dashboard deployments using ThingsBoard and Factory I/O. I also prepare technical documentation and coordinate deployment support and issue resolution.

In my COMSOL study of skeletal muscle in DMD, I built a 3D model to compare healthy and DMD material sets under tensile and compressive loading. I analyzed stress, strain, and displacement, with attention to interface stress concentrations and model limitations.

I developed a parameter-driven brake-cooling airflow deflector model to study how deflector count, height, and angle affect cooling and aerodynamic drag. I also structured material screening and transient braking and cooldown analysis for an F1 brake thermal and airflow study.

Earlier, at Innovate-ITT, I developed and tested R&D prototypes using ESP32, LoRa, NRF, Wi-Fi, sensors, and actuators. I hold a Bachelor of Mechatronics and Control Engineering from University of Engineering and Technology Lahore, and I'm targeting work on UAV structures and mechanical components.
