At Sapphire Textile Mills Limited, I lead MIS reporting, management dashboards, budgets, forecasts, and performance packs for Directors and senior leadership. I connect financial outcomes with operational and commercial drivers to support clear decision-making.

I build financial models, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses for projects, expansions, and strategic initiatives. I also monitor revenue, costs, margins, and product and customer profitability to identify value-creation opportunities.

My work spans management accounting, actual and standard costing, material cost runs, pricing support, cash-flow analysis, receivables ageing, and stock-ageing reporting. I partner with plant technical directors and operational teams to challenge assumptions and strengthen planning decisions.

Previously, at Shinewing Hameed Chaudhri & Co., I planned and executed audit engagements across textile, FMCG, healthcare, IT, automotive, power generation, education, cable/electrical, and sugar sectors. As an ACA-qualified professional, I bring financial-control discipline, IFRS reporting knowledge, internal-control assessment, and practical business partnering to finance leadership.
