At Ghani Global Group, I architect and execute the group-wide risk-based internal audit plan across four entities. I present audit findings, root-cause analyses, and management action plans directly to the Board Audit Committee and Board of Directors.
I also direct financial audit procedures over group accounts and financial statements, checking compliance with IFRS/IAS before Board and external auditor review. My work includes reviewing budgeting and forecast cycles and assessing the assumptions and data behind them.
At Ghani Global Group, I develop and implement SOPs for processes including O2C, P2P, Civil Works, warehouse and inventory management, leave encashment, and treasury management. I also oversee asset tagging, physical verification, and reconciliation across group plants and Head Office.
Previously, at Sapphire Textile Mills, I designed and executed risk-based audit programmes, reviewed treasury and banking controls, and conducted variance and cost analysis. At ShineWing Hameed Chaudhri & Co., Chartered Accountants, I gained audit experience across organizations in sectors including food, healthcare, insurance, textile, education, and software.
