What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a progressive institute where I can update my knowledge and skills with the latest trends, teach and research actively, and work in a dynamic team to deliver significant contributions to plant pathology and plant protection.

I work as an Assistant Professor (BPS-19), Department of Plant Pathology, College of Agriculture, University of Sargodha, Sargodha (15-08-2023 to date). I aim to associate with a progressive and esteem institute that gives scope to update knowledge and skills in accordance with the latest trends, and I contribute to a team that works for significant contributions to the existing scientific pool of knowledge.

My research focuses on plant protection through epidemiological and molecular studies, including prediction of disease and vector dynamics, monitoring of plant viruses, and assessment of biochemical components and resistance potential. I use approaches such as ELISA-based monitoring, PCR-RFLP, microsatellite markers, spatio-temporal analysis, and multiple regression analysis, and I share results through peer-reviewed publications, a book, book chapters, and conference abstracts.
