What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue supporting multilingual learners through inclusive EAL provision, differentiated curriculum design, and collaborative work with teachers, families, and pastoral teams.

At Marlborough College Malaysia, I've led targeted EAL provision for multilingual learners across diverse ages and proficiency levels, designing differentiated programmes that build academic English and communication skills.

I've worked closely with teachers, families, and pastoral teams to assess language needs, monitor progress, and provide individual, small-group, withdrawal, and in-class support. I use ICT, digital tools, and AI to strengthen differentiation, engagement, assessment, and language acquisition.

Alongside EAL teaching, I've led Preparatory Outreach, served as a Year 5 and 7 Form Tutor, and supported safe, engaging camp programmes at Camp Beaumont Asia. I'm committed to inclusive, language-rich environments where pupils feel confident, supported, and able to achieve their potential.
