I am a product designer with hands-on experience designing B2B ecommerce sites, SaaS modules, startup websites, and mobile apps. I prioritize user-centered design and deliver clear, conversion-focused interfaces backed by research and iterative testing.

At 12Grids I developed a B2B ecommerce experience for laser consumables, led the Edgestream communication module for a CRM platform, and designed portfolio and landing pages that emphasized branding, SEO, and client engagement metrics. I also contributed to product AI features and ongoing revamps of mobile and web apps.

Previously, I conducted market analysis and user interviews for a design documentation tool during an internship, and designed multi-role UIs and prototypes, including English-to-Arabic conversions, for a Riyadh-based project. I consistently translate ambiguous requirements into usable solutions.

My workflow blends user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and basic front-end implementation. I value collaboration, clear communication, and empathy to create products that meet business goals and delight users.
