I seek a collaborative, Agile team-focused role where I can lead QA efforts, mentor engineers, improve processes, and ensure high-quality releases.

I am a results-driven QA Team Lead with over five years of progressive experience in software testing and more than three years in leadership roles.

I lead and manage QA engineers through planning to delivery, designing and executing comprehensive test plans across web, mobile, and desktop platforms to ensure functional, integration, GUI, UAT, regression, and compatibility quality.

I collaborate closely with project managers, business analysts, and developers to define testing strategies, validate APIs, and drive defect resolution using industry-standard bug tracking and Agile/Scrum practices.

I also mentor team members, conduct performance reviews, promote process improvements, and balance hands-on testing with people management to consistently deliver defect-free releases on schedule.
