I’m looking for backend or systems engineering roles where Rust, Go, or high-performance infrastructure is central—building low-latency, reliable distributed services and APIs with strong security and clean architecture.

I’m a final-year Computer Science student specialising in Rust backend engineering, focused on building production-ready real-time distributed systems. I architected a Google Docs-like collaborative editor (SyncDex) that uses Rust (Axum), WebSockets, and CRDT algorithms to deliver conflict-free multi-user synchronisation at low latency.

I bring strong backend fundamentals across RESTful API design, authentication, and databases—using PostgreSQL, SQLx, and connection pooling, along with secure patterns like JWT auth and parameterised queries. I’m also comfortable spanning full-stack work (React/TypeScript, Flask/Node/Express) and enjoy systems-style design, like using Rust’s ownership model in performance-sensitive, parallel game architecture.
