At Innovadigits, I own delivery for the AI Unit, translating management goals into technical plans and aligning engineering work with business priorities. I designed and built 5+ products from inception, and led a squad of five engineers through end-to-end delivery.

I built AI-assisted search and chat with an AI engineer, optimizing full-text search across complex relations and adding caching that cut repeated LLM round trips by ~50%. I also reduced a critical LMS operation from several minutes to ~300 ms by optimizing queries and redesigning the exam question and answer data model.

At Beljoumla, I built the full admin dashboard for an Egyptian fashion wholesale platform and replaced manual order entry with QR-code scanning. My other work includes SaaS e-commerce platforms, a multi-store platform, and freelance marketplace and business-management projects.
