I'm building a hybrid serverless call center management platform for Digital Citizen, streaming real-time CallTools agent activity into Supabase and delivering live sales analytics dashboards for managers.

At NOXED, I engineer Bayesian Knowledge Tracing and bandit reinforcement learning for adaptive educational gameplay, including production diagnosis functions informed by 14,000+ student observations. I also developed cybersecurity AI automation and a vulnerability-management tool for Egypt's Cabinet that is in active government use.

My work spans deep learning, neuroevolutionary optimization, model compression, and explainable AI. I've published Springer Nature research on multimodal threat detection and mentor 50+ students in machine learning lab sessions.
