What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role in data annotation where I can deliver high-quality labels and improve AI output safety and quality. I also want a customer-support environment where my communication and reliability help customers feel supported.

I’m a motivated and detail-oriented professional seeking a position in customer support or data annotation. I bring strong communications skills, hands-on experience in AI data labeling, and a proven ability to deliver reliable, customer-focused service.

In my DataAnnotation role (Nov2025–Present), I perform high-quality data labeling for AI datasets, including image annotation, text categorization, and sentiment analysis. I evaluate and improve AI-generated responses to meet quality and safety standards.

I also contribute by helping train and improve machine learning models through accurate data input. I collaborate on testing workflows to refine the annotation process and strengthen model output quality.

Previously, as an Uber Driver (Apr2023–2024), I delivered safe, punctual, and customer-focused transportation services. I maintained high customer satisfaction through professional communication, managed time efficiently, and ensured vehicle cleanliness and basic maintenance.
