In my current role at Stanbic IBTC Bank, I lead Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) and UAT coordination for a third-party budgeting platform. I review requirements to surface ambiguities, edge cases, and testing risks early, and I validate SQL Server data to confirm business rule compliance and data integrity across releases.

Previously, as an Information Technology Analyst, I executed regression and UAT-style validation after vendor upgrades and configuration changes, and I investigated and reproduced production defects with infrastructure teams and external vendors. Earlier, at Teknowledge, I performed scenario-based UAT-style testing on enterprise SaaS and CRM platforms and documented defects with engineering to improve resolution turnaround.
