At Ahresty mexicana, I designed and coordinated more than 10 die-casting molds a year for automotive clients including Magna, Jatco, Denso, and Nissan. I prepared drawings and component and material lists using Topsolid, Space-E, and MicroCADAM.
I also supported technical proposals, design analysis, and simulations for projects presented to Borgwarner and Volkswagen. My responsibilities included internal audits and participating in more complex projects.
I contributed directly to QC Stories using Ishikawa, 5 Whys, and PDCA. In one example, the work reduced monthly repair time from 124 to about 62 minutes and lowered core-pin replacements due to fracture from three to one over its life cycle.
For my Instituto Politécnico Nacional (UPIIZ-IPN) graduation project, I designed and developed an automated medication dispenser for older adults with memory problems. I designed and 3D-printed mechanical components in SolidWorks, then integrated electrical circuits and programmed an Arduino state machine to coordinate the subsystems.
