I've provided nursing care at Harborview Medical Center across trauma surgical acute care, adult and pediatric burn and trauma ICU, and interventional radiology.
In trauma surgical acute care, I managed complex post-operative needs for acute surgical and multi-system trauma patients, including advanced wound care, chest tube management, stabilization, and pain management.
In the adult and pediatric burn and pediatric trauma ICU, I cared for critically ill patients with severe burn injuries and major trauma using mechanical ventilation, hemodynamic monitoring, massive fluid resuscitation, CRRT, and complex wound care.
Most recently in Interventional Radiology, I've supported minimally invasive, image-guided procedures through moderate sedation, continuous cardiac and respiratory monitoring, post-procedure recovery, and emergency interventions.
