I reconciled supplier deliveries against invoices and flagged mismatches before they became billing disputes. I also closed inspection and safety reports on fixed deadlines, since late reports could hold up payments and site sign-offs.

When crews, inspectors, or suppliers disagreed on numbers, I resolved the issue or escalated it to the right person. I'm ready to bring that care to a remote client support role, and I'm comfortable with Excel and Word.
