What I'm looking for

I want to lead interdisciplinary programs and incubation initiatives, mentor growing practitioners, and deliver applied AI innovation—partnering across academia, industry, and healthcare—while building systems that improve outcomes, launches, and sustainable ecosystems.

I’m an interdisciplinary educator and program leader with 17+ years building programs, mentoring practitioners, and directing institutions where learning, research, and innovation meet. I bring a cross-disciplinary sensibility shaped by engineering, business, creative production, and AI-driven work.

I direct multi-programme, multi-cohort learning environments with explicit learning outcomes, assessment frameworks, and iterative curriculum review. In my role, I’ve driven a 75% improvement in successful completion rates while mentoring and assessing 100+ participants across creative, technical, and social disciplines.

I also build ecosystems: I’ve secured Rs.15M in strategic institutional partnerships and enabled Rs.150M in external institutional partnerships, representing centres at government bodies, investor forums, and cross-sector summits.
