At the Australian Institute of Marine Science, I designed and built an event-driven Python pipeline that moves weather-station data from Oracle to AWS RDS. Its stages use AWS SQS to decouple extraction, scientific validation and transformation, and loading, with processing-state tracking so every record is accounted for.

At PowerPlus Energy, I designed and built PowerLink, an edge-to-cloud data-collection platform that gathers battery readings on Raspberry Pi devices and synchronises them to MySQL. I also developed Python integrations for industrial data sources and delivered Grafana reporting and alerting for device availability, data flow and system performance.
