At sRide, I owned the roadmap for AI-powered marketplace products serving a 5M+ user carpooling app. I helped scale the marketplace to 500K+ monthly active users, growing the active base 4x in three years.

I led AWS SageMaker match-ranking model rollouts that raised match acceptance 12% and cut p95 ranking latency 30%. I also built Falcon, a pricing and subscription experimentation platform across 3,000+ segments, increasing subscription conversion 18% and revenue 30%.

I directed Kiwi, an LLM-based messaging experimentation system running 150+ live experiments, lifting push open rates 21% and re-engagement 19%. I also launched subscriptions and memberships from 0 to 1, making them the primary revenue driver while improving retention and reducing churn.

Earlier at sWorks, I built a modular, API-first multi-tenant platform for 35+ U.S. founders and institutions, including Columbia Business School. I turn ambiguous business needs into written requirements, measurable success criteria, and phased product rollouts.
