At BEngage Brand Services LLP, I manage accounts and the client billing cycle, from service entry and invoice submission through payment follow-up and reconciliation. I also prepare records for audit and financial reporting, and coordinate GST, TDS and ITR documentation.

I run a customer gifting programme for a major client, covering around 5,000 customers from address verification through delivery confirmation. I supervise a team of 5–6, allocate work and help resolve customer and delivery issues.

Alongside finance and operations, I support recruitment, payroll inputs and employee joining and exit formalities. I’m seeking a Finance, Operations or Admin Manager role, preferably remote or hybrid, with clear KRAs and long-term growth.
