At TP, I manage reporting for three Spain-team accounts within Global Business Services. I've migrated databases from on-premises infrastructure to AWS Cloud and updated reports to connect to new data sources.
I design and maintain ETLs, stored procedures, database objects, dashboards, and reporting workflows using SQL, Power BI, Excel, AWS, and SSMS. I focus on accurate reporting cycles and timely resolution of data requests within SLAs.
Previously, I supported Amazon Business reporting for more than 500 agents across Europe and the USA at Concentrix, and built Power BI data models using SQL in SAP HANA for a construction environment at Square Engineering Firm.
