What I'm looking for

I’m seeking opportunities in process engineering, operations, production, commissioning, or petrochemical manufacturing where I can build on my PVC plant operations, process safety, DCS monitoring, and engineering documentation experience.

I support safe, reliable, continuous operations at TCI Sanmar Chemicals Egypt’s large-scale PVC Suspension Polymerization plant, working across field operations, DCS monitoring, startups, shutdowns, and troubleshooting.

I monitor critical pressure, temperature, flow, and level parameters; inspect process equipment; and prepare equipment for maintenance through isolation, draining, depressurization, flushing, and safe handover. My work follows PTW, LOTOTO, SOP, PSM, HSE, and safe-work-practice requirements.

I’m expanding my process engineering capability through P&ID field verification, process line tracing, and AutoCAD Plant 3D, supported by upstream oil and gas training at PETROBEL and industrial safety exposure at the Suez Canal Authority.
