At The Phoenix Group I manage and enhance enterprise security tooling, lead vulnerability remediation, and deploy secure device builds using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot. Previously I supported 500+ users, managed identity and access controls, and executed large-scale device refresh projects.

I hold an MSc (part-time) in Computer Science with an AI focus and an AWS Solutions Architect Associate certification. I provide clear technical guidance to engineers and stakeholders, driving continuous improvement in security posture and operational resilience.
