I’m a passionate UX Designer and currently one of the Lead Planners and Coordinators of the UX Team at Kite Games Studio in Dhaka. Over the past two years, I’ve launched four successful projects across B2B platforms, SaaS products, mobile apps, and websites—several of which now contribute to our apps’ 15 M+ downloads.
I lead end-to-end planning, design strategy, and team coordination, focusing on user-centric solutions that align with business goals. Since taking charge of our web UX team, I’ve helped increase traffic from 4,000 to 15,000 through better design decisions and streamlined workflows.
