What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue investigating threats, strengthening security operations, and improving controls across incident response, identity, access, vulnerability management, and risk reduction.

I'm supporting security operations at FirstService Residential in Toronto, monitoring events, access activity, reported incidents, and potential security concerns. I triage and investigate alerts, correlate evidence across logs and records, and maintain detailed incident documentation through resolution.

Previously, I supported information security and technical operations for Walmart U.S. through 24-7 Intouch, handling authentication, account, access, and security-related cases. I assessed unusual account activity, applied privacy and verification controls, and coordinated escalations with technical and operational teams.

My foundation includes cybersecurity support at Tech Mahindra, where I investigated Windows, connectivity, authentication, and account issues. I'm Microsoft SC-200 and CompTIA Security+ certified, with a Postgraduate Diploma in Cybersecurity Operations.
