What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an opportunity in business or data analysis where I can turn data into actionable insights, build dashboards and automation, contribute to lead generation, and grow through collaborative work.

I've worked as a Business Analyst at Next Staff Recruitment Services, where I managed company expenses, improved conversion rates, built the official company website, and generated leads through data scraping.

My experience also includes business development at Mechansys, identifying prospects through research and outreach, generating leads through cold calling and email campaigns, and nurturing relationships into business opportunities.

I'm pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration with Business Analysis and use Power BI, Python, Excel, SQL, and spreadsheets to support data-driven decisions. I currently support customers at Concentrix through query resolution, problem-solving, and clear communication.
