Mohammad Samair

I am a dedicated and detail-oriented Civil Engineering professional with a Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Civil Engineering and hands-on experience in site supervision and construction coordination.

In my current role as Site Supervisor at Hike Engineering & Consultants, I supervise daily construction activities, coordinate subcontractors and materials, conduct QA/QC inspections, and enforce HSE policies to maintain a safe working environment.

I use Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project for project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking, and I prepare daily reports and site documentation while assisting project engineers in execution and coordination of works.

I bring strong organizational skills, effective multicultural communication, the ability to work under pressure, and a practical field-oriented mindset, and I am committed to continual professional growth in construction project delivery.
