What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue building and securing enterprise network infrastructure, working on routing, switching, SD-WAN, VPNs, firewalls, network monitoring, and reliable branch connectivity.

I'm supporting enterprise network infrastructure across 100+ EFU Life Assurance branches and sites, configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and Cisco IOS environments.

I maintain secure branch connectivity through DMVPN over IPsec and support VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, SD-WAN, Sangfor NGAF, and Sangfor IAG. I also resolve major outages, monitor traffic with SolarWinds NMS, and optimize network performance.

Before moving into network engineering, I supported helpdesk and IT operations at EFU Life Assurance and Abtach, managing Active Directory, VDI, thin clients, endpoint support, IP telephony, pfSense, and basic Azure activities.

Across technical support roles at StormFiber, Wi-Tribe, and PTCL, I developed practical experience in customer connectivity, DHCP, NAT, Huawei ONTs, routing, switching, and network issue resolution. I bring 8+ years of IT experience and 3+ years focused on enterprise network infrastructure and security.
