What I'm looking for
I'm advancing sustainable energy materials at the University of Toronto through density functional theory, ab-initio molecular dynamics, and thermal synthesis of topological metals for hydrogen evolution and high-temperature energy storage.
At Linamar, I supported carburizing and tempering of automotive gears, PFMEA, PPAP, and CQI-9 heat-treatment assessment. I performed structural, mechanical, and contamination analyses using metallography, nanoindentation, gravimetry, and Jomesa testing.
Previously at Gerdau North America, I standardized chemistry analysis and optimized materials chemistry and billet weight using QMOS, FeroLabs, and SAP ERP. My work also included root-cause failure analysis and PFMEA.
At MAMCE and ArcelorMittal Dofasco, I developed models for grain-refined additive-manufactured components and investigated thermomechanical behavior in high-strength steels. I bring hands-on experience across laser powder bed fusion, electron microscopy, Gleeble testing, alloy design, and microstructure engineering.
