At Connect Plus / Olivery, I own QA validation for a production logistics and e-commerce SaaS platform, covering order management, inventory, delivery operations, financial collections, and mobile and web workflows.
I built a Playwright and TypeScript automation setup that separates fast production smoke coverage from deeper financial regression. I run scheduled suites through GitHub Actions and validate business-critical calculations, including COD, partial payments, profit, and reconciliation.
I also test APIs and third-party store and delivery integrations, and investigate release issues by tracing configuration, API behavior, code branches, deployment tags, and versions. At Foothill Technology, I practiced test-case design, manual testing, defect reporting, and BDD scenarios using Cucumber and Gherkin.
