I’m a results-driven Finance and Compliance professional with 7+ years of progressive experience at Genpact India, focused on financial data analysis, statutory reconciliation, payroll analytics, and risk-based audit compliance. In my current role as Process Associate – Financial Data, Compliance & Analytics (Jan 2024 – Present), I designed and executed QC audit frameworks and implemented a structured Green/Orange/Red risk model to enable targeted remediation. I maintain EFMS records with 100% documentation accuracy across multiple functions, safeguarding continuous readiness for regulatory and client reviews.

I also translate complex data into leadership-ready compliance reporting. Previously, as a Junior Accountant – Data, Payroll & Statutory Compliance (Dec 2018 – Dec 2023), I handled Trial Balance vs. statutory account reconciliations and escalated discrepancies for fast resolution. I processed Full and Final (FNF) settlements in line with Indian labour law, supported the payroll helpdesk, and ensured zero-error outputs through advanced Excel-based validation and KPI tracker ownership.
