My career began in design and has grown across the full EPC lifecycle: basic design, FEED, detail engineering, procurement, construction supervision, commissioning and start-up. At PIDEC, I have worked as a leed instrument and control engineer on world-scale, licensor-based plants, including 320,000 and 480,000 BPSD refineries, three 1,650,000 TPA methanol plants, a 1,330,000 TPA olefin plant, and large urea, ammonia, polypropylene and MEG units. Working with licensors such as UOP, Linde, Shell, Lurgi, Haldor Topsoe and Technip taught me how to keep a design compliant, coordinated and buildable under pressure.
