I’m looking to lead group-level FP&A and partner with the CFO on investment strategy, delivering board-ready IFRS reporting and cost optimization for large multi-sector projects.

I’m a strategic finance professional with 7+ years of experience at the group level within a leading MENA telecom operator. I partner with the CFO to drive group-level financial reporting, budgeting, valuations, and board of directors’ presentations, while ensuring consolidated financial statements are prepared in accordance with IFRS.

I lead feasibility and valuation studies for mega telecom and infrastructure projects (4G, FTTH, solar, wholesale partnerships) and oversee the acquisition lifecycle for real estate and overseas company deals, from due diligence to investment accounting and integration. I also re-engineer and automate Finance, Accounting, and Supply Chain processes under the CFO’s office, delivering meaningful OPEX savings—highlighted by my ownership of a $380M spin-off transaction at the Paltel Group.
